Pricing
Simple, transparent pricing for every team size.
One price, for the people who build
GTSuite is licensed to whoever develops with it, not to whoever uses what they build. Your applications can be opened by five people or five hundred: the price does not move.
The licence
| What it covers | Price | |
|---|---|---|
| First year | The licence for up to two developers, all updates, and the onboarding described below | 5.000 EUR |
| Following years | The same licence and all updates | 2.500 EUR |
| Additional developers | Beyond the first two | On request |
The renewal starts at 2.500 EUR and is adjusted each year to the official Italian consumer price index, so that it holds its value rather than being renegotiated.
What the subscription keeps alive
The licence is what runs the Designer, but the subscription buys something that matters more over the years: the platform stays current. Every release brings the functional improvements, and it also brings the underlying technology forward, Node.js and Angular included.
This is worth more than it sounds. An application built on a platform that stops being updated does not break on a particular morning: it slowly becomes something no one wants to touch, until the day a security advisory or a server upgrade forces a rewrite. Keeping the foundations current is not a feature, it is the reason an application can be twenty years old and still be a normal thing to work on.
There is one condition, and it is the condition that makes the promise keepable: what you build inside your own projects is carried forward by every update, while anything you change in the core of the platform is not. The boundary is documented, and respecting it is most of what the training is about.
What onboarding means
Four sessions of four hours each, held remotely by video call, with no travel to pay for. Two at the start, to get you building, and two spread over the first year, when the questions that matter actually arrive: a problem in a real application, a pattern you have not met yet, or more training if that is what you need.
Additional sessions afterwards cost 500 EUR each.
What is quoted separately
Development work we do for you, adaptations to your processes, and anything requiring custom code. This is estimated case by case and agreed before it starts, the way it has always worked with our clients.
Note that we do not host applications built by our customers. What we operate on our own servers are the projects we develop ourselves. The software you build with GTSuite is installed and run by you, which also means that your data never passes through us.
Building for other companies
The prices above are for a company building applications for itself. If you develop for your clients, the arrangement is different: each installation is licensed to the company that runs it, so that the application stays theirs whatever happens between you and them, and you work with a partner discount. Dedicated terms for development on behalf of third parties are available on request.
What the price does not depend on
- How many people use your applications. There is no cost per seat and no cost per user.
- How many applications you build, or how many pages they contain.
- How much data you hold, or how many transactions you process.
- Where you install it. Your own server, your own data centre or any hosting provider you choose. The platform does not tie you to one, and the price does not change with the decision.
If you stop paying
Everything you have built keeps running, for as long as you want, on your own infrastructure. Your data stays in your database and your applications stay yours. What stops is the Designer: without a current licence you cannot build new pages or change existing ones.
We say this plainly because it is unusual. Most software stops working when you stop paying. Here the work you have already done is yours to keep.
Work out what it is worth to you
We are not going to tell you how many times faster this is, because the honest answer depends on who is using it. The useful question is one you can answer yourself, with figures you already have:
When somebody asks for a change to your management software, how long does it take to reach them, and how many of those requests arrive in a year?
The demo is there to let you measure the other side of that comparison rather than take our word for it. Confirm an email address, build a real page, and see how long it takes you.
